Coaching fees are based on the service you are seeking and the communication method that works best for you. On this page I’ve outlined my base rates as well as coaching packages and coaching subscriptions.

  • Services offered over phone/video include all email services as well as exploring career options, interview preparation (including mock interviews), and LGBTQ-focused coaching.

Packages

Coaching packages are bundles where you prepay for a set of one-on-one sessions designed to work toward a specific goal. Packages are priced at up to a 15% discount off of hourly rates.

  • Job Search Package: Commit to confidence in your job search by booking an 8-session series of 1:1 appointments dedicated to the key skills you need for navigating the application and interview process. Career expert Richard Bolles said that the person “who gets hired is not necessarily the one who can do that job best, but the one who knows the most about how to get hired.” By the end of these sessions, you’ll have learned and practiced several successful strategies to get hired, and be able to put them into practice to increase your chances of job search success. Rates for this package begin at $799.

  • Job Search Package Lite: A shorter 5-session series focusing on resume, cover letter, and interviewing skills. Rates begin at $579.

  • Exploration Package: Over the course of 3 one-hour sessions you’ll dive into your values, interests, and skills. Learning more about yourself can help you make more informed decisions about the type of career to pursue, the companies you want to work for, and the work-life balance you want to achieve. Rates for this package begin at $259.

Ongoing Job Search Support Subscriptions

Job searching can be a tough road. My subscriptions offer ongoing support to help you stay motivated and positive. Ask questions, receive encouragement, and maintain a connection through convenient text and email coaching. Premium subscribers also enjoy access to quick check-in calls and resume reviews, all included in a single monthly fee.

  1. New client sessions include Career Strategy Sessions, one-time appointments of 60 minutes for clients who are new to Pride in Your Path, LLC, and intake sessions for multi-session packages. ↩

  2. Email/text-based 1-on-1 coaching does not include document reviews. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses, holidays exempted. If a question would be better addressed with more detail via a phone/video call for an additional fee that recommendation may be made at the coach’s discretion. ↩

  3. Premium subscriber resume/CV and cover letter reviews via email are capped at 3 rounds of feedback per subscriber per month (a $150 value). Please allow 3-5 business days per round of feedback. If feedback would be better addressed with more detail via a phone/video call for an additional fee that recommendation may be made at the coach’s discretion. ↩
