Everyone deserves to feel confident in their career.

Are you looking for a new job, or deciding what to do in the next chapter of your career? Career coaching can be an insightful tool to help you on your path.

So many of us navigate our careers with uncertainty. Perhaps you’re feeling lost, stagnant, or like you’re on a never-ending quest to find your calling. With the tools and guidance from career coaching, you can gain confidence in the decisions you make on your career journey, and take pride in your own path.

Hi! My name is Kyle Inselman, and I’m a career coach.

Kyle Inselman I help people with choosing a career, finding and applying to jobs, and growing professionally through personalized, attentive guidance. For 10 years I’ve helped individuals gain confidence in their resumes, interviews, networking skills, and more to start and grow in their careers.

I started Pride in Your Path, LLC, because I believe that with quality career guidance, individuals can discover the power they already have in their own career journeys. By learning the “why behind the what” of basic job search skills, building a toolbox of self-care and resilience practices, and hearing the stories of others who’ve been through similar journeys, I believe that everyone can gain confidence in themselves and in their career decisions.

Career Coaching Services Rooted in Social Justice

LGBTQ+ Inclusive • Open to All Identities

I founded Pride in Your Path, LLC, to help fill a need for LGBTQ+ inclusive career coaching services. People who identify as LGBTQ+ often have unique needs related to work, such as finding inclusive employers, navigating nondiscrimination policies and varying legal protections across the country, and deciding when/if to come out during a job search.

My services are open to people of all identities, and you don’t have to be LGBTQ+ yourself to benefit from the social justice-informed approach I use as a coach. In addition to using practices and theoretical foundations informed by diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I offer a sliding-scale option for my 1-on-1 services, supported by monthly sponsors. This sliding-scale option exists to help keep career coaching affordable and accessible for individuals of various income levels and educational backgrounds.

Kyle was an invaluable resource as I navigated a changing job market. …I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Kyle again in the future if I need further guidance or advice about job seeking!

— Rachel S.

With Kyle at my side, the seemingly insurmountable challenges of a job search feel much more manageable. I appreciate his one-of-a-kind and individualized approach, and would recommend him highly to anyone that needs help navigating job search and career challenges.

— Kae P.

Kyle has been a wonderful guide to me for the last decade and it is my absolute joy to recommend him. …10 out of 5 stars, you can’t go wrong working with Pride in your Path.
